On January 26th 6PM, MBC News Magazine aired the news report, “Cancer: Early Detection Leads to

85-95% Survival”, and showed footage of our company’s digital mammography system, Brestige,

being used to screen a patient. The report, which was shot at Ilsan Hospital’s Health Education Center,

one of MEDI-FUTURE’s valued customer hospitals, sought to inform and emphasize the importance of

health exams, particularly breast cancer screenings.

One of the patients introduced on the program was diagnosed with breast cancer 2 years ago, and

was found to have Stage 0 intraepithelial carcinoma after a biopsy procedure. Thanks to the early detection,

she underwent surgery, was exempt from chemotherapy, and is now leading a normal life.

With the increasing number of such early diagnoses and improved cancer treatment techniques,

6 out of 10 cancer patients are expected to live for at least five more years.
